Japanese Tartar Sauce

 
1 cup mayonnaise
2 -3 Tablespoons pickled ginger, chopped
1  Tablespoon soy sauce 
1  teaspoon sesame oil
1  Tablespoon wasabi powder

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.  Cover with plastic wrap, and leave in fridge for at least an hour, preferably a day, before using.
