Cold Peach Soup



5 large, fully ripe peaches, peeled and quartered (or use frozen)
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. sherry or white wine
1 Tbsp. Orange juice concentrate
Sliced peeled fresh peaches for garnish

Puree peaches and sugar in blender. Mix in sour cream. Add lemon juice, sherry and orange juice concentrate and blend till smooth. Refrigerate until well chilled.
Serves 6 to 8.
